Venn Telecom does not sell Starlink dishes for private use. We can only offer Starlink to businesses; please visit https://www.starlink.com/ if you want a dish for individual or residential use.

Absolutely. We can transfer dish management to and from Venn. To be supported by us, the migrated dishes will need an additional Venn-supported enterprise-grade router, which we will provide as part of our service package.

Once your order is confirmed, we typically deploy and integrate Starlink antennas into your company network within about two weeks in the USA, Canada, Brazil, and Europe. Deployment times may vary for other locations depending on the distance from our warehouses and local logistics.

Installing a Starlink antenna involves a few critical steps to ensure optimal performance and reliability. First, our team conducts a site survey to determine the best mounting location—typically a rooftop or open area with a clear, unobstructed 140-degree view of the sky for uninterrupted satellite connectivity.
Once the ideal location is confirmed, the installation process begins:
1. Mounting the Starlink Dish – The antenna is securely installed using appropriate roof or wall brackets. Installers must ensure that the hardware is stable and resistant to environmental conditions.
2. Connecting the Power Supply – The dish requires a dedicated AC power source within 25 meters. A custom Starlink cable connects the antenna to its power unit and then to the Venn Gateway for network integration.
3. Integrating with the Venn Gateway – The Starlink dish connects via Ethernet to a 5G router gateway, allowing seamless network management and remote monitoring for stability.
4. Testing & Optimization – Once powered on, the dish automatically aligns itself. Our team remotely monitors performance, runs diagnostics, and ensures the network is fully operational.

That’s strongly discouraged. Starlink does not permit commercial use of a personal (“Residential”) subscription. If a personal plan is used for business purposes, Starlink may suspend the service without notice or refund and could even take legal action.
For businesses, only Starlink Business is intended. This plan not only ensures legal compliance but also provides higher network priority, more stable performance, and professional business support.
