Tividoo GmbH joins Venn Telecom

From May 1st 2025, our two talented teams will be working together under the Venn Telecom banner. We will use our complementary strengths to deliver enhanced value to clients across Europe, particularly within the growing German market.

Just as Peplink and Starlink in partnership created connectivity options where none existed before, our combined teams are ready to solve problems that have always been seen as “too tricky”, says Pierre-Gilles Dehaye, CEO of Venn Telecom.

• In 2024, Venn Telecom celebrated their 10th year of providing reliable, high-performance connectivity through combining different technologies like cellular, LEO and fibre.
• Tividoo GmbH also have over ten years of hands-on experience in providing agile solutions for demanding sectors like broadcasting, live events, and the energy industry.

Partners in problem-solving: Meet Tividoo

Based in Germany, Tividoo GmbH possess a deep understanding of the local market and have established strong partnerships. Their expertise lies in delivering solutions where traditional infrastructure is lacking; they are a German provider of managed connectivity services and an authorised solution provider for Peplink and LEO.

As Tobias Gramm explains, Tividoo was founded with the vision "to bring internet to places where it doesn't exist," a mission that aligns perfectly with Venn Telecom's commitment to global connectivity. And their understanding of the German ecosystem will be crucial for navigating some specific needs there, says Pierre-Gilles.

“Germany’s telecom infrastructure has some weaknesses: copper is common, fibre is not available everywhere, and 5G lacks overlap of coverage. Bringing in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) connectivity and cellular technology in a rapid way will solve many problems for companies all over Germany.”

The two companies may differ in strengths, but they are united in approach, says Tobias Gramm, founder and managing director of Tividoo GmbH. “We all have the same mindset. We get along very well and share the same visions and goals.”
