Venn Telecom is expanding its commercial presence across Central Europe!

We’re looking for a Junior Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across the South-West of Germany (including Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, and parts of Hesse).

This role is ideal for a junior sales profile who wants to accelerate their career in B2B sales and business development within a fast-growing international telecommunications company.

This position is primarily focused on new business development — identifying new markets, generating qualified leads, and securing new B2B customers in your territory.
You’ll be the local spearhead of Venn’s growth, helping establish our presence and reputation in the South-West of Germany and laying the foundation for further expansion across the DACH region.

You will receive structured onboarding, training, and continuous support from our Sales Director, Pre-Sales, and international sales team to help you grow into the role.

Once market traction is established, the mission will evolve toward structuring and optimizing the region: consolidating client relationships, expanding key accounts, and improving sales coverage and efficiency.

The position is remote, based in Germany, with regular travel to customers and prospects in your region.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Identify, prospect, and win new B2B customers across South-West Germany.
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline in Odoo CRM.
  • Learn to lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification (with Pre-Sales support), negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop relationships with local partners and resellers to accelerate business generation.
  • Represent Venn Telecom at industry events, customer meetings, and regional trade shows.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Objectives

  • Establish and grow Venn Telecom’s presence in South-West Germany.
  • Acquire new customers and create the first regional reference cases.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth within key verticals.
  • Prepare the ground for further expansion across the DACH region.

What you bring

  • 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a first commercial role.
  • Junior profiles are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Interest in telecom, IT, or technology environments (experience is a plus, not mandatory).
  • Strong motivation to learn about connectivity and managed network solutions (full training provided).
  • Curiosity, energy, and a strong appetite for prospecting and opening new accounts.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and proactive — comfortable building a territory from the ground up with support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English; French or Dutch is a plus.
