We are looking for a new team player who could give an extra push to our young telecom company's online and offline marketing content activities. Are you passionate about finding ideas to optimise marketing projects?  You are in the right place!

Below, in a nutshell, is what the job entails:

  • Coordinate with the marketing manager and the external workforces various types of content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, social media posts, user cases, email campaigns and more.
  • Help develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns aligned with the target audience and the overall marketing strategy.
  • In-depth research on industry-related topics, news, competitors, and audiences to support the company’s promotional and communication activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team in identifying new prospects, market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s website, ensuring it remains user-friendly and up-to-date.
  • Participate in the organisation of events, from the communication around the event to the planning with the stakeholders involved.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral, including presentations, sales documentation, brochures, and videos.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and the telecom industry.
  • In collaboration with the marketing manager, analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and tactics.

Your "must-have"

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or business and have at least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the Telecom sector will be a plus.

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English and French. Other languages that fit in an international group environment are welcome to the team.

- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.

- A good understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, content management and analytics.

- You are willing to get immersed in the technical part of our sector. You can help convert technical information into easy-to-read texts, bringing the 'spark' to our communication in collaboration with the marketing manager and external partners.

- Be creative with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Master tools like Canva, Microsoft Office, CRM, Google Suite and Mailchimp.

- Team player with willingness and ability to learn.
